金属露天矿最终境界优化算法改进 被引量:9

摘要 锥体之间的重合问题是锥体排除法在露天矿最终境界优化中的一个固有缺陷.鉴于此,本文对已有锥体排除算法进行改进,在垂直方向缩小锥体扫描步长,将步长分别设置为模块高度的1倍,1/2和1/4,并根据矿体的实际赋存情况选择对应的扫描步长或者多步长组合进行分等级优化,以此提高优化精度.三个矿山的实例应用表明,在相同的技术经济参数条件下,改进后的优化算法得到的最终境界要优于原锥体排除算法,三个矿山利润值分别增加了0.217亿,0.417亿和2.333亿元. The overlapping problem in cones is an inherent defect for cone elimination method in optimizing ultimate pit. In view of this, diminishing vertical scan step is used to improve cone elimination algorithm and the step are set as one, half and one quarter of the block height. According to the actual conditions of ore deposits, an appropriate step or combination step is chosen for some mine optimization to improve optimization accuracy. The results of three example applications show that, under the same condition of technical and economic parameters, the ultimate pits produced by improved elimination algorithm are better than those by conventional algorithm. The profits of three mines grow by RMB 21.7, 41.7, and 233.3 million, respectively.
