Bacillus thuringiensis was a microbial insecticide which was most versatile and had the largest yield .The types, characteristics of culture medium of Bacillus thuringiensis fermentation were reviewed , including traditional fermentation raw material , city sludge , industrial waste , cyanobacteria , and waste , to provide the reference of raw materials and process for the enterprise.Bacillus thuringiensis fermentation medium was also discussed.
