摘要
以N,N-二环己基碳酰亚胺(DCC)和4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)为酯化反应的催化剂,使丙烯酸酯共聚物(CPA)和荧光素进行酯化反应,得到一种新型荧光聚合物(F-CPA)。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、凝胶色谱法(GPC)、热失重分析(TG)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)和荧光光谱(PL)对F-CPA进行了表征。
A novel method to fabricate fluorescent polymer ( F -CPA ) was reported based on the esterification between acrylate copolymer ( CPA ) and fluorescein using N , N -dicyclohexylcarbodiimide ( DCC )/4 -dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) as catalyst.The resulting copolymer was characterized by fourier transform -infrared spectroscopy ( FT -IR ) , gel permeation chromatography ( GPC ) , differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) , thermogravimetric analysis ( TGA) , ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy ( UV-Vis) and fluorescence spectroscopy.
