摘要
以六氯铑酸钠为铑原料合成了羰基合成工业中重要的催化剂前驱体乙酰丙酮二羰基铑(Ⅰ),采用优化的反应条件产物收率达到96%。并用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱等对该产物进行了分析和表征。本工艺能简化由铑粉制备乙酰丙酮二羰基铑的操作步骤,缩短生产周期,降低生产成本。
Acetylacetonatodicarbonylrhodium (Ⅰ) as an important oxo industrial catalyst precursor was prepared from trisodium hexachlororhodate as rhodium material , with the yield of 96% after the optimized reaction conditions.The structure of the compound was characterized by IR , H-NMR and C-NMR.This process can simplify the preparation steps of acetylacetonatodicarbonylrhodium (Ⅰ) from rhodium powder to shorten the production cycle and reduce production costs.
