摘要
开发了一种用于双酚A检测的,高度灵敏的电化学生物传感器。通过将双酚A受体固定在硅电极表面结合电化学阻抗谱来达到检测双酚A的目的。电化学阻抗谱表明:在以5.0 mM K3Fe(CN)6/K4Fe(CN)6(1∶1,n/n),0.05 M磷酸盐的缓冲液为电解质溶液中,发现当双酚A与制备的生物传感器上的双酚A受体结合后,其电荷转移电阻减小了,并且其电荷转移电阻与双酚A的浓度在一定范围内呈线性变化,其检测限低至1.5×10-11M。该研究所制备的双酚A生物传感器较其他双酚A的检测方法检测极限更低,较其他生物传感器更稳定。
A highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor was developed for the detection of bisphenol A .Through fixed the bisphenol A receptor on the silicon surface and combined with the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy to achieve the purpose of detection of bisphenol A.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy showed that in 5 mM K3Fe(CN)6/K4Fe(CN)6(1:1, n/n), 0.05 M phosphate buffer as the electrolyte solution , when bisphenol A receptors combined with the prepared bisphenol A biosensor , the charge transfer resistance reduced , and the charge transfer resistance and the concentration of bisphenol A had a linear change in a certain range , with the limits of detection as low as 1.5×10^-11 M.The prepared BPA biosensor showed a lower detection and more stable than that of other biological sensors.
