药学本科药物分析自主设计性实验的实践探索

The Development and Validation of an Autonomous-Designed Experiment of Pharmaceutical Analysis

为了让学生更好的学习与实践药品质量标准制定中含量测定方法建立与评价过程,教学中开展药品含量测定方法学研究的自主设计性实验。实验教学以小组为单位进行,学生自主查阅文献、讨论设计实验方案,并在老师指导下修改方案。小组合作完成苯磺酸氨氯地平片含量测定方法建立与评价后,对实验结果进行合理分析得出结论,并对设计性实验教学过程进行总结和讨论。

To help students to understand and practice the development and validation of the assay in drug quality standard better , an autonomous -designed experiment of pharmaceutical determination was implemented in teaching course.Students were divided into several groups to retrieve literatures , discuss and improve the designed protocol with the teacher＆#39;s guide.After accomplishing the whole experiment including development and validation of determination of amlodipine besylate tablet , the data was analyzed and come to a conclusion of the assay.In the end , the procedures of the designed experiment were summarized and discussed.
