Survey and Proposal about the Employment Expectations of Higher Vocational Graduates

以威海职业学院2014届毕业生为调查对象,以问卷调查的方式,分别从就业形势、就业企业性质、就业区域、就业薪酬等几方面调查统计2014届毕业生的就业期望,并就如何做好高职毕业生就业指导提出几点建议,帮助高职毕业生顺利就业,实现自己就业期望。

The employment expectations of graduates in 2014 were investigated by questionnaires and made a statistics.The participants were graduates of Weihai Vocational College in 2014.The investigation was carried out in terms of employment situation , the nature of enterprise , employment area and salary.Proposals about how to guide the employment of higher vocational graduates were proposed to help graduates to obtain employment and reach their expectations.
