摘要
确立主网薄弱方式控制标准和要求,在主网结构无法改变情况下,深入研究地区电网运行方式,采用完善备自投功能、避免重复薄弱方式出现、改变供电方式及合理安排地区电源等优化措施,提高主网薄弱方式下局部地区供电可靠性,降低故障后事故风险等级。
With the standard and requirements of main power grid with weak model being established, operation mode of regional power grid is studied in the condition that the main power grid can not be changed. Taking the optimization measures as completing BZT device capabilities, aw）iding the appearance in duplication weak way and changing the power supply way and reasonable arrangements for regional power, the local area power supply reliability with weak model would be greatly improved and the risk level of accident be decrease.
