摘要
针对电厂1 021 t/h烟煤锅炉低负荷运行时经济性下降等问题,进行燃烧优化调整试验,分析锅炉过量空气系数、燃烧器摆角、磨煤机运行方式等参数变化对机组供电煤耗的影响,从提高锅炉运行经济性的角度出发,给出了合理的运行工况。
Aiming at the descending of the economic teatrues of 1 021 t/h boiler coking, this paper proceeds an optimal combustion control test. During the test, The effects of excess air ratio, the swing angle, the method of opration about pulverizer on the net coal consumption rate are calculated and analyzed. For the raising of the economic features, applitation and a reasonable operalion scheme is put forward.
