摘要
辽宁某电厂在机组停机检修时发现高压加热器受热面内结垢量超标,为了保证发电机组的安全、稳定和经济运行,需要对高压加热器进行清洗,通过小试确定柠檬酸缓蚀清洗、漂洗、联氨钝化的清洗工艺,清洗后达到《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》(DL/T794—2001)中相关规定的要求。
Excessive amount of scale in the high-pressure heater heating surface is tound in the overhall of the unit. To ensure the safety of the generators, and the stability and economic operation, high pressure healer should he cleaned. Through a small lest to determine the citric acid corrosion and cleaning, rinsing, passivation hydrazine cleaning process, ＇after cleaning, it reaches relevant requirements of ＂Thermal Power Plant Boiler Chemical Cleaning Guidelines＂ （DL/T-/94-2001）.
