摘要
通过对铁路货运电子商务平台现有功能难以满足市场、客户及信息化需求等现状的分析,提出北京铁路局货运电子商务平台应设置在线客服和线下服务功能、设置运输信息细化服务模块、建立综合物流信息交流模块、完善网站商业价值等建议,从而满足客户需求。
Through analyzing the status of existing functions of railway freight transport e-business platform could not satisfy market demand, the client status and informationization demand, this paper puts forward suggestions including: the platform in Beijing Railway Administration should setting up the functions of online passenger service and off-line service as well as refined service model of transport information, establishing exchange model of comprehensive logistic information and improving website business value, so as to satisfy client's demand.
