摘要
本文介绍了基于Solid Edge的转炉本体研究和设计优化,利用SE对其进行三维的数字化,优化设计和设计计算,大大地简化了转炉重心的确定和倾动力矩的计算步骤,通过Solid Edge对转炉本体参数化,有效地提高产品设计的质量和开发的效率。
The paper describes research and design optimization of the converter main body based on SolidEdge .Applica-tion of SolidEdge to digitization of three-dimensional, optimal design and design calculations for the converter , greatly simplifies calculation steps of the determination of the center of gravity on the converter , and calculation of the tilting torque . Application of SolidEdge for parametrization of the converter main body effectively improves the quality of product design and efficiency of exploitation .
