摘要
逆流再生是一种离子交换技术,是相对于运行工艺而言的,即:再生工艺采用底部进再生液,增设中间排水装置,再生液同交换剂接触再生时,再生液可以充分发挥它们的作用。本文通过对离子交换器逆流再生技术与顺流再生技术的对比分析,验证了逆流再生工艺具有再生耗量低、自耗水量小、出水质量高、周期制水量大、对原水的选择适应性较大的特点。从而得出逆流再生工艺要比顺流式优越的结论。
countercurrent regeneration is an ion exchange technology ,is relative to the operation process , namely: the regeneration process using the bottom into the regenerative liquid , adding the middle drainage device , regeneration liquid with exchange agent contact regeneration , regeneration liquid can give full play to their role .In this paper , through the analysis and comparison of the fixed bed ion exchanger counter current regeneration technology and downstream regeneration technology ,Verified countercurrent regeneration process characterized by low consumption , water consumption , water quality, water cycle , choose greater adaptability to raw water characteristics .To conclude that countercurrent regeneration process to more than downstream regeneration good conclusions .
