医学气体对供体肺脏的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 肺移植是很多肺部疾病终末期的最佳治疗方法,肺移植供体的缺血再灌注损伤是造成肺损伤导致肺移植预后不佳的主要原因。迄今为止,肺移植的成功率和长期存活率比较低,1年和5年的生存率分别是78%和49%。影响肺移植成功率的因素很多,主要包括:①供体有限或供体肺损伤;
