从某含铀硼铁精矿中浸出铀的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 含铀硼铁矿石组成复杂,主体矿物为铁矿物,氧化镁和氧化钙的总质量分数近22%。镁质量分数为9.28%,硫质量分数为10.48%。物理化学分析和酸碱浸出试验结果表明,含铀硼铁矿适合于酸法浸出,在硫酸用量为矿石质量的9%,浸出温度为5~30℃,浸出液固体积质量比为1L/kg,软锰矿用量为矿石质量的3%,-200目矿石粒度的质量分数为90%以上时,浸出渣中铀质量分数约为0.01%,铀浸出率达到94%以上。 The composition of uranium contained ludwigite ore is complex,the main element contained in the minerals is iron, total amount of magnesium oxide and calcium oxide is about 22%. Magnesium content is 9. 28% and sulfur content is 10.48%. Physical and chemical analysis as well as acid and al- kali experimental results show that uranium contained ludwigite ore is suitable for acid leaching uranium. When sulfuric acid consumption is 9%, uranium leaching temperature is 25-30 ℃, ratio of liquid to solid is 1 L/kg, consumption of manganese dioxide ore is 3%, and -200 mesh mineral granular size is over 90%, leached residue uranium content is 0.01%, and uranium leaching rate is over 94%.
