摘要
针对沽源铀钼矿中性矿浆过滤、沉降性能极差的问题,开展絮凝剂选型及沉降性能试验,结果表明:FZ3802型两性絮凝剂用量少,絮凝效果好,故选择其作为中性矿浆添加剂;每t矿石FZ3802絮凝剂加入质量为152g时,矿浆沉降速度达到10mm/min,底流矿浆中固体质量分数可达到50%。
To improve the filtration and settlement performance of Gu-yuan uranmolybdatite slurry, the flocculation type selection and settlement experiment was carried out. The result of test showed that when the usage of the flocculant FZ3802 is 152 g/t, the slurry settling velocity reaches 10 mm/min, and the underflow slurry mass fraction can reach 50 %. The efficiency of the solid-liquid sep- aration is improved obviously.
