摘要
连杆体作为连杆的重要组成部分,其稳定性、可靠性对柴油机的整机质量至关重要。本文设计了发动机连杆的工艺过程和加工过程中所用到的夹具;利用三维软件Solid Works对所给零件进行了三维实体造型;借助数控仿真软件Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire,对所给零件某道工序的加工过程进行动态仿真,得出了和实际加工相同的效果。
As an important part of connecting rod,the Stability and reliability of connecting rod body is very important to diesel engine.This paper is about the design process of engine connecting rod and the fixture used in this process.We used three-dimensional software Solid Works to simulate three-dimensional solid modeling.Also we used CNC simulation software Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire to simulate part of the processing procedure of a dynamic simulation process.And we got a right result.
