摘要
采用成就动机量表对某新建本科院校在校大学生成就动机的现状进行调查,结果发现:新建本科院校大学生的成就动机在性别、学历和家庭来源3个变量上不存在统计学上显著的交互作用;成就动机在性别分类上存在差异;在追求成功动机上男女大学生不存在显著差异;在避免失败动机上,女生显著高于男生;在总成就动机上,大一大二学生显著大于大三学生,其他年级不存在显著差异;专科生成就动机高于本科生。
The new undergraduate college students' achievement motivation was investigated by achievement motivation scale (AMS).The primary conclusions include following aspects:The achievement motivation of college students in gender,educational background and origin there variables has no statistically significant interaction; There exists significantly statistical difference among gender; There is no prominent difference between male and female students in pursuing success motivation; In avoiding defeat motivation,the female has higher scores than the male,the freshman and sophomore have higher scores than junior students,there is no prominent difference among other grades; Compared with undergraduate students,special course students have stronger achievement motivation.
