摘要 研究开发了一种适用于农村地区的低造价新型隔震装置——废旧轮胎隔震垫(STP)。这种新型隔震支座是由汽车废旧轮胎制作而成,具有造价低廉、制作简单、自重轻、利于环保等优点。对STP支座进行了轴压试验、压剪试验以及斜压试验。研究表明:STP支座性能稳定,竖向刚度远大于水平向刚度,是一种有效的隔震装置。 This paper presents a new type of low-cost isolation device——scrap tire pads (STP),which is made from carg scrap tire.Compared with the rubber bearing,it has the advantage of lowcost,simple production process,lightweight and environmental protection.To order to study the mechanical properties of STP,axial compression test,pressure-shear test and Inclined compression test on specimens were performed.Results show that STP is a effective type of isolation bearing with stable performance,and compression stiffness which is much higher than the horizontal shear stiffness.
