摘要
强政府、弱社会状态下,社会力量对政府的过度依附状态不利于居家养老服务的发展,分权是对居家养老服务中社会力量角色的合理定位,社会力量分权居家养老服务相关内容不仅减轻了居家养老服务中政府的责任,同时保障了高质量居家养老服务的供给。
In the political social structure of'strong government'and'weak society',social forces are overly dependent on the government,which is not conducive to the development of home-based care services for the aged.Decentralization legitimately locates the role of social forces in home-based care services.The decentralized home-based care services undertaken by social forces not only effectively reduce the government's responsibility for ensuring home-based care services,but also guarantee the supply of high-quality home-based care services.
