摘要
从数字图书馆的特点出发,对目前高校图书馆人力资源开发的现状和问题进行分析,梳理出数字化背景下高校图书馆人力资源开发的思路,并提出了模块化人力资源开发方案。
The paper expounds characteristics of digital library, analyzes status quo and problems of university library human resources development, presents idea for development of university library human resources in background of digitization, and proposes modularized human resources development scheme.
