摘要
乙炔作为原料气的长距离输送具有很大的危险性,输送系统的本质安全设计,确保乙炔气体在发生爆燃甚至爆炸时,限制对周围环境的破坏格外重要。本文参照了国内外相关规范,阐述了DN900、输送距离3.5公里的乙炔输送管道的安全设计,对类似设计有较好的参考作用。
Long distances transport of acetylene gas as a raw material is with great risk. It is particularly important for the intrinsic safe design of the delivery system to ensure limiting damage to the surrounding environment during acetylene gas deflagration or explosion. This paper refers to the domestic and foreign relevant codes to elaborate the safety design of acetylene pipeline with DN900 and transportation distance of 3. 5 km,and provides a better reference for the similar design.
