摘要
对电冶熔铸钢结硬质合金DGJW30进行热处理,并借助金相分析、扫描电镜以及能谱分析、X射线衍射分析等方法研究其显微组织,重点研究了热处理过程合金中钢基体、莱氏体和未溶WC的显微硬度变化规律。
Heat treatment was done on the steel-bonded carbide DGJW30 prepared by electro-slag melting and casting. The mierostructure of steel-bonded carbide DGJW30 was studied by metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) focusing on the microhardness change rule of steel substrate, ledeburite and undissolved WC of the steelbonded carbide in its heat treatment process.
