系统性红斑狼疮患者八种尿微量蛋白联合检测分析

Combined detection of eight kinds of urine microprotein in SLE patients

目的探讨多种尿微量蛋白联合检测对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者早期肾损害的诊断意义。方法采用免疫比浊法联合检测81例常规肾功能检查阴性的SLE患者8种尿微量蛋白含量,进行半定量、定性分析,并与29名健康者比较。结果 SLE患者IgGU、kapU、lamU、β2-MG、mALBU、α1-MU、TrfU 7种尿微量蛋白阳性率及含量均明显高于正常对照者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),α2-MU阳性率及含量与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合检测8种尿微量蛋白较单项检测阳性率明显升高。结论联合检测8种尿微量蛋白含量对SLE患者肾损害进行早期诊断具有积极意义。

Objective To estimate the diagnostic value of combined detection of 8 kinds of urine microprotein for early renal damage in SLE patients. Methods Eight kinds of urine microprotein were detected by immunoturbidimetry in 81 urine samples from SLE patients whose renal function were normal, then the test results were analyzed qualitatively or semi-quantitatively in compare with 29 healthy controls. Results The positive rate and the content of IgGU, kapU, lamU, β2-Mg, mALBU, α1-MU, TrfU of SLE group were signifi cantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. However, there was no signifi cant difference of the positive rate and the content of α2-MU between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The positive rate of combined detection of 8 kinds of urine microprotein was signifi cantly higher than separate detection. Conclusion Combined detection of 8 kinds of urine microprotein has positive significance for the diagnosis of early renal damage in SLE patients.
