皮肤扩张器修复局限性硬皮病额部凹陷1例

Repairing frontal depression caused by terminal frontal linear scleroderma with skin soft-tissue expander

应用皮肤扩张器修复局限性硬皮病额部凹陷1例。手术分为两期,Ⅰ期手术在皮损周边正常皮肤下置入皮肤扩张器,充分扩展皮肤。Ⅱ期手术行扩张器取出,切除皮损组织,皮瓣转移修复。皮肤扩张器修复局限性硬皮病额部凹陷效果良好。

To present a case of frontal depression caused by terminal frontal linear scleroderma which had been repaired by skin softtissue expander. The surgery was divided into two phases. During phase I, skin expanders were placed in normal subcutaneous tissues around the lesion to make the skin expand fully. During phase II, after skin expanders and diseased tissues were removed, the expanded skin fl aps were transplanted to cover the defects. The repair effect was consistent with the expected results. In general, the curative effect of repairing frontal depression caused by terminal frontal linear scleroderma with skin soft-tissue expander is satisfactory.
