摘要
中草药的干燥是我国中草药加工过程中的首要环节,决定了中草药质量。根据相关古籍文献及近年来中草药干燥技术的研究论文与成果对中草药的传统干燥方法与现代干燥技术进行了综述总结,探讨了中草药干燥中存在的问题。针对干燥过程中出现的气味与药效物质的关系、干燥技术中药效成分流失,而近两年的基于气味检测的微波干燥可以解决这一问题。
Drying is the first step in the process of Chinese herbal medicine processing.It determines the quality of Chinese herbal medicine.According to the ancient documents,research papers and results of drying technology in recent years,traditional drying methods of Chinese herbal medicine and drying technology were summarized.This paper discusses the problems that exist in the Chinese herbal medicine drying.For the relationship between odor and medicinal material during drying and the loss of the pharmacodynamics material,microwave drying can solve this problem based on odor detection.
