摘要
[目的]了解烟草黑胫病菌对不同杀菌剂产生的抗药性。[方法]在室内培养条件下,采用菌落生长测定法,对从黔东南州镇远县分离的烟草黑胫病菌进行了抗性测定。[结果]烟草黑胫病菌对不同杀菌剂均存在不同程度的抗药性,其中对烯酰吗啉的抗药性最强,EC50值为1.19μg/ml。[结论]在镇远烟区,长期单一使用烯酰吗啉防治黑胫病存在抗性风险。
[Objective] The aim was to understand resistance of different fungiccides against Phytophythora parasitica.[Method] Under the laboratory incubation conditions,using the growth rate method,the drug resistance of different fungicides to P.parasitica isolated from Zhenyuan county in Qiandongnan state was determined.[Result] P.parasitica was sensitive to different fungicides,and the EC5o value of dimethomorph reached 1.19 μg/ml,which was the strongest resistance in four fungicides.[Conclusion] If long-term and singly using dimethomorph to control tobacco black shank,that the resistance risk of P.parasitica to dimethomorph will increase in Zhenyuan county.
