西酞普兰治疗晚发抑郁障碍疗效和安全性的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on efficacy and safety of citalopram in treatment of late-onset depression disorder

目的系统评价西酞普兰治疗晚发抑郁障碍的疗效和安全性。方法按照系统评价的要求检索PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库,以Jadad法对纳入文献进行质量评价,应用Stata 11.0和Revman 5.0软件对西酞普兰治疗晚发抑郁障碍的临床研究文献进行Meta分析。结果共检索出531篇文献,符合标准的16篇进入Meta分析。西酞普兰与其他抗抑郁药物治疗晚发抑郁障碍的总痊愈率、总有效率及HAMD量表总分比较,均无显著差异(P>0.05),总不良事件发生率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论西酞普兰与其他抗抑郁药物治疗晚发抑郁障碍的疗效相当,安全性好,适合老年患者使用。

AIM To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of citalopram in the treatment of late- onset depression disorder. METHODS The studies on efficacy and safety of citalopram in treatment of late-onset depression disorder were searched in PubMed, CBM and CNKI from 1998 to 2012 in Chinese and English. The quality of included trails was evaluated by Jadad scale. A Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 11.0 and Revman 5.0 for the included studies. RESULTS Totally 531 trails were found and sixteen studies were included in the Meta-analysis. The total recovery rate, the total effective rate and the total HAMD scores of citalopram on late-onset depression disorder showed non-significant differences compared with other anti-depression medicines （P 〉 0.05）. The total incidence of adverse events was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Citalopram and other antidepressants have equivalent efficacy on late-onset depression disorder with less adverse events, and is suitable for elderly patients.
