摘要
近年来,二硫键A氧化还原酶样蛋白作为一个新发现的分子伴侣已被证实与脂联素的分泌、合成及多聚化各个环节关系密切。部分研究发现,二硫键A氧化还原酶样蛋白能够促进脂联素的表达,Akt/FOXO1和AMPK信号途径在该蛋白对脂联素的调控机制中可能起到了关键作用。进一步明确二硫键A氧化还原酶样蛋白调控脂联素的机制,对寻找治疗糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪肝等代谢紊乱疾病的新靶点具有重要意义。
In recent years,the disulfide bond-forming oxidoreductase A-like protein as a new molecular chaperone has been confirmed associated with adiponectin secretion,synthesis and polymerization.Part of the research find that disulfide bond-forming oxidoreductase A-like protein can promote the expression of adiponectin.Akt/FOXO1 and AMPK signaling pathway may play key roles in the mechanism of the protein,regulation adiponectin.To further clarify the mechanism of the disulfide bond-forming oxidoreductase A-like protein,regulation of adiponectin is essential to explore a new target for the treatment of diabetes,nonalcoholic fatty liver and metabolic disorders diseases.
