电话回访式健康教育在精神分裂症康复中的作用

The Effect of Telephone Visit Health Education on Rehabilitation of Schizophrenia

目的研究电话回访式健康教育在精神分裂症康复中的作用。方法分为研究组和对照组,既往出院后未进行电话回访的患者为对照组,从出院后开始进行系统电话回访的患者为研究组,出院电话回访1年后与对照组进行比较,以精神卫生知识知晓率、精神健康信念形成率、健康行为形成率、治疗的依从性以及《世界卫生组织残疾评定量表》(WHO-DAS)等作为评价指标。结果两组比较,精神卫生知识知晓率χ2=225.17,精神健康信念形成率χ2=190.60,健康行为形成率χ2=137.49,治疗的依从性χ2=81.26,WHO-DAS的χ2=276.34;P均<0.001。两组差异具有极显著性,研究组明显优于对照组。结论电话回访可以建立良好的医患关系,提供系统和有针对性的健康教育、心理咨询,帮助建立家庭和社会支持系统,减少复发率,提高治疗的依从性和社会功能,是一种有效的干预手段。

Objective To study the effect of telephone visit health education on rehabilitation of schizophrenia .Methods Patients previously discharged without telephone follow -up as control group ,and those from post discharge telephone follow -up system after one year as the study group ,the awareness of mental health knowledge ,health belief spirit formed compliance rate ,health behavior formation rate,treatment and ＆quot;WHO disability rating scale＆quot;（ WHO-DAS） were the assessment index .Results The two groups were significantly different in awareness of mental health knowledge , health beliefs of spiritual , formation rate of health behavior , treatment compliance , WHO-DAS（χ^2 =81.26～276.34,P〈0.001）.The study group was significantly better than the control group .Conclusion The telephone follow-up can establish a good doctor -patient relationship ,provide system and targeted health education ,psychological counseling,help build the family and social support system ,reduce the recurrence rate ,improve compliance and social function of therapy ,and it is an effective means of intervention.
