摘要 研究目的:为了明晰城镇立体空间开发潜力,促进城市土地利用模式从"摊大饼式"的外延拓张转向"错落有致"的立体扩展,破解新型城镇化进程中的资源瓶颈、景观限制和发展矛盾,保障土地管理目标的实现,支撑宏观经济调控的效率改善,推动城市景观环境改善,引导城市均衡化发展。研究方法:DSSPM模型,潜力评价。研究结果:通过引入数字立体空间潜力模型(DSSPM),融合适宜性评价、经济需求分析和限制修正,构建了基于山水视野约束的立体空间开发评价模型与方法,并以广西柳州市为例进行实证研究,得出柳州市城镇立体空间开发3D潜力图。研究结论:通过笔者提出的模型能够直观、有效地摸清城市立体空间潜力,有利于指导和促进城镇立体空间有序合理开发,保证市民"望得见山、看得见水"。 In order to break the resource bottleneck, landscape restrictions and development contradictions in the process of the new-type urbanization, urban land use pattern demonstrates a transformation from extensional expansion to stereoscopic extension. However, to promote urban stereo space utilization, we should first define the potential of urban stereo space development in order to ensure the implementation of land management goal, to support the efficiency improvement of macroeconomic regulation and control, to promote the development of city landscape environment and to guide urban equalization development. In this paper, by introducing digital stereo space potential model (DSSPM), and combining with suitability evaluation, economic demand analysis and restriction modification, we build the model and method of stereo space development evaluation based on the constraints of landscape view. Taking Liuzhou of Guangxi province as an example of empirical research, we have made its 3D diagrams of urban stereo space development potential. Research has shown that this model can help us directly and effectively make clear of cities' stereo space potential, guide and promote the development of urban stereo space rationally and orderly, so as to ensure that the citizens can 'see the mountains and water'.
