摘要
目的应用128层螺旋CT灌注成像技术,探讨正常胰腺血流灌注参数、胰腺及腹主动脉强化峰值及峰值时间等参数与年龄及体质指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)的相关性。资料与方法按纳入标准收集57例患者并行胰腺CT灌注成像,按年龄及BMI分组,三点测量各组胰腺的组织血流量((Blood Flow,BF)、血容量(Blood Volume,BV)、毛细血管表面通透性(Permeability Surface,PS)和对比剂平均通过时间(Mean Transit Time,MTT)值;利用软件自动生成列表读出腹主动脉及胰腺感兴趣区的强化峰值(Peak Value,PV)及峰值时间(Peak Time,PT),计算强化峰值差及峰值时间差,记录并按组别进行统计学分析。结果 (1)正常胰腺灌注参数在不同年龄组及BMI组间差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);正常胰腺及腹主动脉的PV、PT、强化峰值差和峰值时间差在各年龄组及BMI组间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)相关性分析结果显示,BF及强化峰值差与年龄呈负相关(P<0.05),胰腺PV值与BMI呈负相关(P<0.05),余各参数值与年龄及BMI均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论胰腺血流量及腹主动脉与胰腺的强化峰值差随年龄增长呈逐步下降趋势,正常胰腺强化峰值随BMI增加呈逐步减低趋势,其它参数受个体因素的影响小。
Objective To explore the correlation between CT perfusion parameters of normal pancreas, the peak value (PV) and peak time (PT) of pancreas and abdontinal aorta, and age and the body mass index (BMI) by the means of the technique of 128-slice spiral CT perfusion imaging. Materials and Methods According to the inclusive criteria of normal pancreas, 57 patients who received CT perfusion imaging were randonfly selected. They were grouped according to age and BMI. Values of blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), permeability surface (PS) and mean transit time (MTT) of pancreas of different groups were examined with the method of the three-point measurement, respectively. Read the list of PV and PT of abdominal aorta and pancreas which the software automatically generated and compute the difference value of PV and PT, respectively. All values were recorded and then statistically analysed. Results (1) The differences of the normal pancreas perfusion values among the groups of age or BMI had no sense in statistics. And there was no statistic significance existed in the difference value of PV and PT of pancreas and abdominal aorta among the age or BMI groups, too. (2) It was found by the correlation analysis that negative correlation existed between blood flow and age, the difference value of PV and age(P〈0.05). And the results also demonstrated that the PV of pancreas was negatively correlated with BMI(P〈0.05). The other parameters had no correlation with age and BMI (P〉0.05). Conclusion The blood flow of pancreas and the difference value of PV of abdominal aorta and pancreas gradually declined along with the increase of age. The PV of nomlal pancreas gradually decreased as following the increased BMI. The other parameters are less or not influenced by the individual factors.
