原发性肺葡萄状菌病一例

摘要原发性葡萄状菌病（botryomycosis）是一种少见的细菌感染所致的慢性化脓性肉芽肿性疾病[1-2].葡萄状菌病皮肤受累较为常见,内脏受累少见[3].原发性肺葡萄状菌病多见于免疫抑制或伴有慢性呼吸系统疾病的患者.现报道1例健康人罹患肺葡萄状菌病病例.
