摘要
目的评价瓷贴面在前牙美学修复中的临床效果。方法对65例要求前牙美学修复患者的135颗前牙进行瓷贴面修复,追踪18个月,观察修复体完整性、牙龈健康情况、颜色匹配度和术后修复后有无牙齿敏感,对修复效果进行评价。结果效果满意125颗,效果一般10颗,满意率为92.0%,成功率为100%。结论在严格选择适应证的前提下,瓷贴面在前牙美容修复中能取得良好效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical restorative effect of the porcelain veneers. Methods Porcelain veneers was applied to 135 teeth of 65 patients. The follow up time was 18 months. The factors of evaluation included the integrity of restoration,gingival health,color match and postoperative sensitivity. Results One hundred and twenty five veneers were satisfactory,10 veneers were acceptable. The satisfactory rate was 92. 0%,the success rate was 100%.Conclusion With strict control of indications,porcelain veneers has good effects in the anterior aesthetic restoration.
