摘要
目的研究病人下肢外伤行外固定后的摄片难题。方法用1 cm×1 cm空心不锈钢管制造下肢摄片支架,长40 cm,宽15 cm,高15 cm。试验组:选择45例下肢外伤病人,其中男性28例,女性17例;年龄15~69岁,平均年龄44岁。对照组:45例下肢外伤病人,其中男性28例,女性17例;年龄13~71岁,平均年龄43岁。试验组病人侧卧,健侧下肢放在摄片床上,外固定后的下肢放在下肢摄片架上,并用软布条将下肢固定在摄片架上,X射线球管与胫腓骨和摄片床垂直进行摄片。对照组按常规方法摄X射线片。结果用下肢摄片支架共摄45张胫腓骨侧位X射线片,优良级片42张,占93.3%。对照组优良级片41张,占91.1%。两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论下肢摄片架可用于病人下肢外伤行外固定后的摄片。
Objective To study the radiography problems for patients with lower extremity trauma after external fixation.Methods A total of 90 patients with lower extremity trauma were enrolled, which were divided into experimental group(n = 45,28 males and 17 females; aged 15- 69 years old with mean age of 44) and control group(n = 45, 28 males and 17 females; aged13- 71 years old with mean age of 43). The 1 cm × 1 cm hollow stainless steel tube was used to make lower extremity radiography bracket, with length of 40 cm, width of 15 cm and height of 15 cm. In experimental group, the patients lied on side with trouble lower external fixed on the radiography bracket using soft cloth and the contralateral lower extremity on radiography bed, and the X-ray tube was vertical to the tibia, fibula and radiography bed. In control group, the X-ray images were performed by conventional methods. Results In experimental group, 42 of 45 images of tibia and fibula were excellent level, accounted for93.3 %. In control group, 41 of 45 images were excellent level, accounted for 91.1 %. The difference was not statistically significant between 2 groups. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the lower extremity radiography bracket could be used in lower extremity trauma patients.
