颈动脉内中膜厚度在蛛网膜下腔出血风险评估中的价值

摘要 目的探讨颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)改变与蛛网膜下腔出血风险之间的关系。方法回顾分析68例蛛网膜下腔出血患者和30例健康志愿者(对照组)超声检测颈动脉内中膜厚度之间的差异,根据数字减影血管造影结果将蛛网膜下腔出血患者分为颅内动脉瘤破裂组和非颅内动脉瘤破裂组,分别与对照组IMT检测结果进行对比分析。结果颅内动脉瘤破裂组、非颅内动脉瘤破裂组及对照组双侧IMT分别为(1.37±0.04)mm、(1.41±0.06)mm及(1.13±0.14)mm,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论颈动脉IMT改变可以作为蛛网膜下腔出血风险的评估指标。 Object To explore the relationship between risk of subarachnoid hemorrhage and change of the carotid artery intima-media thickness.Methods Data of the internal bilateral carotid arterial intima-media thickness (IMT) in 68 cases of subaraehnoid hemorrhage and 30 healthy volunteers were collected.According to the DSA,patients were divided into group with broken intraeranial arteries and group without intracranial arteries.Volunteers were used as control.The IMT was compared among three groups.Results The IMT of group with broken intracranial arteries, group without intracranial arteries and control group were ( 1.37 ±0.04 )ram, ( 1.41 ±0.06 )mm and ( 1.13 ±0.14 ) mm, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ).
