Toric有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体的临床应用与进展 被引量：2

摘要 Toric有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体（TICL）是一种以亲水性胶原共聚物为材料的人工晶状体,可用来矫正近视＜-20.00 DS、远视＜＋10.00 DS合并散光1.00 ～6.00 DC的屈光不正.现今临床上TICL植入术不仅用于矫正屈光不正合并高度散光,而且开始应用于因圆锥角膜、角膜移植术等引起的继发性高度角膜散光的矫正.本文就TICL目前在临床上的应用及其设计选择方面的进展进行综述,着重探讨TICL植入术在特殊应用中的安全性、有效性、稳定性.
