摘要
简要介绍了人体仿真技术的概念、在家具设计生产领域的应用及其独特的优势,并以精密推台锯作业系统为对象,开展基于人体仿真技术的作业疲劳研究,为家具生产中作业疲劳的缓解提供一定参考。研究结果表明:板料放置高度对推台作业的搬运抬举动作疲劳有显著影响;人体处于高负荷作业姿势时,身体各部位受力较大。
The concept,unique advantages,and applications of human simulation technology in the field of furniture design and production were introduced in the paper.Taked the precise sliding table saw operation system as the study object,the operation's fatigue research based on human body simulation technology was conducted in order to provide the reference for the fatigue's remission in the furniture manufacturing process.The main findings are as follows:the laying aside height of sheets has the remarkable influence on workers handling and lifting operations;when the body's working posture is excessive loaded(for example,stooping and squatting),the body parts are in a larger force levels,likely to cause fatigue even bodily damage and so on.
