摘要
曾经风靡一时的板式家具由于受种种因素的制约,目前的发展已经到了瓶颈时期在这个关键性时刻,板式家具企业需要重新审视自己,重新思考品牌的发展模式,走出一条差异化的创新道路来抵御竞争的日益激烈和市场的同质化。笔者引入价值曲线的概念,从原材料、产品、服务、体验四个方面分析板式家具可行的增值途径,并重点从产品的角度出发去梳理出一套可以供板式家具企业实际使用的理论增值途径,从而提升品牌的竞争实力。
Owning to variant factors,once popular panel furniture now face the development bottleneck.At the critical moment,panel furniture enterprises need to re-examine themselves,re-think the brand development pattern,and walk out of a differential innovation path to defend the increasing competition and market homogeneity.By introducing the concept of value curve,the authors analyzed the feasible valueadded way of panel furniture from the strategy system in aspects of raw materials,products,services,and experience.The paper hackles a set of practical value-added way for panel furniture enterprises to promote the brand competitive power from the perspective of the product.
