郝学君针刺联合电针督脉穴治疗脊髓损伤后遗症

Combined Therapy of Du-meridian Acupuncture and Electro-acupuncture for Sequelae of Spinal Cord Injury:Summary of Professor Hao Xuejun's Experiences

郝学君教授认为外力损伤可致使脊髓受损,可遗留截瘫、四肢瘫、截瘫性疼痛、二便障碍及感觉障碍等后遗症,提出"针刺督脉穴位联合电针治疗脊髓损伤后遗症"的独到见解,针刺督脉可改善局部脊髓血液循环,间接促进神经细胞再生,电针磁场对神经细胞有一定的营养作用;针刺以有透空感为度,用一对电针连接,断续波,频率2Hz,强度以针抖动、患者有明显感觉为宜;多处脊髓损伤患者,可连接多对电针。

Professor Hao Xuejun thinks that trauma can result in spinal cord injury, which is associated with the sequelaes of paraplegia, quadriplegia, pain in paraplegia, urinary and iecal incontinence, and sensory disorders, and proposes an insight that ＂combined therapy of Du-meridian acupuncture and electro- acupuncture for sequelae of spinal cord injury＂. Du-meridian acupuncture can improve local blood circulation of spinal cord, indirectly promote nerve cell regeneration ; and the magnetic field produced by electro-acupuncture is associated with certain improvement of nutrition of nerve ceils. The appropriate needling depth can be reached when a feeling of emptiness is obtained; a pair of electrical needle （ intermittent wave, 2 Hz ） can be used, for which the intensity of current should be changed to make the needle shake, and patients have significant feeling. Several pairs of electro-acupuncture can be applied for patients with multiple spinal cord injury.
