柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性胆囊炎随机平行对照研究

Chaihushugansan Decoction for the Treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将946例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组365例吗丁啉,10mg/次,3次/d,饭前服用;利胆醇丸,200mg/次,3次/d,饭后服用。治疗组581例:柴胡疏肝散加郁金、丹皮、金钱草;柴胡、芍药、陈皮、甘草炙各9g,香附、川芎各6g,大枣4枚,枳壳、郁金各15g,丹皮10g,金钱草30g,1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚分服。观察临床症状、体征、B超检查、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效356例,有效178例,无效47例,总有效率91.00%。对照组显效177例,有效122例,无效62例,总有效率79.30%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散治疗慢性胆囊炎效果显著,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the curative effect of ChaiHuShuGan Decoction for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis. A control group of 365 cases ： Domperidone Tablets, 10mg/times, /d 3 times, before meals;Lidan alcohol pill, 200mg/, 3/d, after meals. The treatment group of 581 cases： Chaihu Shugan powder and turmeric, Cortex Moutan, Lysimachia christinae;bupleurum, peony, dried tangerine peel, licorice sunburn the 9g, nutgrass galingale rhizome, Ligusticum wallichii each 6G, jujube 4 pieces, Fructus aurantii, Radix Curcumae each 15g, paeonol 10g, Desmodium 30g, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in Water 500ml, sooner or later the service. To observe the clinical symptoms, signs, B ultrasound examination, adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. 356 cases of group therapy [ Results ] 178 cases were effective, 47 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 91%. The control group was 177 cases, effective 122 cases, invalid 62 cases, the total efficiency of 79.30%. The treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05） . [ Conclusion ] Chaihu Shugan decoction treatment of chronic cholecystitis and significant effect, worthy of promotion.
