食疗辅助治疗虚寒型胃溃疡随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察食疗辅助治疗虚寒型胃溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例门诊及住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组36例常规中医药治疗。治疗组36例针对虚寒型胃溃疡临床症状,以健脾益气、温中散寒、缓急止痛为主;流食或半流食,营养丰富,易消化,忌寒凉性、过甜、过咸、过酸、刺激性食物,食物宜柔软、细腻,膳食纤维、嘌呤、肌酸不宜过多,忌过冷、过热的食物,适量进食糖和蛋白质,少喝牛奶等胀气食物,并注意维生素和微量元素的补充;中药治疗同对照组。连续治疗6周为1疗程。观测临床症状、溃疡面状况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效18例,无效2例,总有效率94.44%。对照组显效11例,有效17例,无效8例,总有效率77.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]食疗辅助治疗虚寒型胃溃疡效果显著,值得推广。

As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group, 16 cases had marked effect, effectively and 18 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 94.44%. Control group 11 cases had marked effect, 17 cases effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 77.78%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Diet adjuvant therapy type cold stomach ulcer effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
