益气养阴活血方治疗2型糖尿病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察益气养阴活血方治疗2型糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将58例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组29例二甲双胍,0.5g/次,1次/d;格列吡嗪,5mg/次,3次/d。治疗组29例益气养阴活血方(淮山药12g,知母8g,黄芪10g,丹参14g,生地黄16g,人参12g,薏苡仁14g,玄参8g,当归14g,赤芍12g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、FBG、2hPG、HbAlc、IMT、LVMI、mAlb、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制21例,显效5例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率95.55%。对照组临床控制15例,显效7例,有效3例,无效4例,总有效率86.21%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血糖指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。靶器官损伤治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气养阴活血方治疗2型糖尿病效果显著,值得推广。

Control group 15 cases cured, 7 cases were markedly effective, effective in 3, 4 had no effect, the total effective rate was 86.21%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Glycemic index in the two groups were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Target organ damage treatment group was less than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Qi and activating blood the treatment of type 2 diabetes, is worth promoting.
