丹栀逍遥丸联合西药治疗育龄期妇女甲状腺功能亢进症随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察丹栀逍遥丸联合西药治疗育龄期妇女甲状腺功能亢进症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组30例他巴唑10mg/次,2次/d;心得安10mg/次,3次/d。治疗组30例丹栀逍遥丸6g/次,2次/d,温水送服;西药治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测临床症状、心率、FT3、FT4、睡眠情况、月经、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]两组症状、心率、T3、T4、月经、睡眠均有改善,治疗组优于对照组。[结论]丹栀逍遥丸联合西药治疗育龄期妇女甲状腺功能亢进症疗效显著,值得推广。
