益气养阴消癥通络方联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo Decoction combine with Irbesartan Tablets Treat Diabetic Nephropathy Randomized Parallel Group Study

[目的]观察益气养阴消癥通络方联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院及门诊患者按病志号顺序简单随机分为两组。对照组50例厄贝沙坦片0.15g/次,2次/d。治疗组50例益气养阴消癥通络方(黄芪30g,丹参、积雪草各15g,茯苓20g,地龙、生地黄各15g,砂仁、鳖甲、大黄各10g),水煎200mL,1剂/d,早晚温服;厄贝沙坦治疗同对照组。连续治疗6个月为1疗程。观测临床疗效、肾功能(24h尿蛋白定量、BUN、SCR)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效16例,无效14例,总有效率62.00%。对照组显效9例,有效20例,无效21例,总有效率58.00%。两组肾功能生化指标均有改善(P<0.05),组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]益气养阴消癥通络方联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著,但对肾功能改善不明显,值得推广。

Two biochemical markers of renal function were improved （ P 〈0.05 ）, the treatment group and the control group, no significant difference （P〉 0.05 ） . [Conclusion ] Yiqiyangyin xiaozheng tongluo square irbesartan tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy significant, but no significant improvement in renal function, worthy of promotion.
