龙胆泻肝汤与三棱针点刺拔罐联合西药治疗带状疱疹51例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 51 Cases of Longdan Xiegan Decoction and Three Edged Needle Pricking and Cupping Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

[目的]观察龙胆泻肝汤与三棱针点刺拔罐联合西药治疗带状疱疹疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对51例住院患者1克林霉素0.6g+0.9%氯化钠150mL,静滴,2次/d。阿昔洛韦250mg+0.9%氯化钠200mL,静滴,1次/d。维生素B1 0.1g及维生素B12 500ug,肌肉注射,1次/d。2龙胆泻肝汤(龙胆草、栀子、黄芩、赤芍各10g,银花30g,连翘18g,板蓝根20g,紫草15g,厚朴12g,蒲公英、丹参、当归各15g,紫花地丁20g,黄芪30g,郁金、延胡索、甘草各6g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服。3三棱针点刺拔罐,1次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮疹消退、局部疼痛、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈43例,显效8例,无效0例,总有效率100%。[结论]龙胆泻肝汤与三棱针点刺拔罐联合西药治疗带状疱疹,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the Longdan Xiegan Decoction and three edged needle prick and cupping combined with western medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster. [ Method ] Using a prospective design method, 51 eases of inpatient / outpatient （1） elindamyein 0.6g＋0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 150mL, intravenous drip, 2 times /d. A Silowe 250mg＋0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 200mL, intravenous drip, 1 times /d. Vitamin B1 0.1g and vitamin B12 500ug, intramuscular injection, 1 /d. （2） Longdan Xiegan Decoction （Radix Gentianae, Seutellaria, gardenia, TPG 10g, honeysuckle 30g, 18G forsythia, Banlangen 20g, 15g, 12g officinalis, dandelion, salvia, angelica 15g, Viola 20g, Astragalus 30g, radix eurcumae, Rhizoma Corydalis, licorice, 6g ）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 500mL, sooner or later oral. The three edged needle pricking cupping, 1 /d. Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, skin rash subsided, local pain, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Result ] 43 cases were cured, effective in 8 cases, 0 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 100%. [ Conclusion ] Longdan Xiegan Decoction and three edged needle pricking and cupping combined with western medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster, satisfied with the effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
