疏肝解毒方、耳穴压豆联合西药治疗肺结核随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察疏肝解毒方、耳穴压豆联合西药治疗肺结核疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组35例西医治疗,采用抗感染、抗结核、保肝、雾化、平喘以及吸氧等护理,按时督促作者服药。治疗组35例疏肝解毒方(百合10g,生地、玄参各15g,川贝6g,麦冬10g,白芍15g,当归10g,五味子6g,柴胡10g,山药15g,土茯苓30g,白术、内金各10g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服;耳穴压豆,取单侧耳穴,一手固定耳廓,取脾、肺、肾、三焦;探棒在耳廓相应区域寻找敏感点,取穴区皮肤压红、充血、压痛明显处,按压片刻使有压痕,作为贴压标记;核对穴位,左手固定耳廓,右手用镊子夹取黏有王不留行籽胶布对准压痕贴敷,食指和拇指指腹分别在耳廓前面和后面相对压迫王不留行籽,手法由轻到重,至出现热、胀、痛为度;10min/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效19例,无效1例,总有效率97.14%。对照组显效13例,有效15例,无效7例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]疏肝解毒方、耳穴压豆联合西药治疗肺结核效果显著,值得推广。

Western medicine treatment with the control group. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.
