养阴活血方联合硝苯地平治疗肾虚血瘀型老年高血压随机平行对照研究 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]观察养阴活血方联合硝苯地平治疗肾虚血瘀型老年高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例门诊及住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组30例硝苯地平,20mg/次,2次/d。治疗组60例养阴活血方(熟地、淮山药、川芎各20g,山萸肉、枸杞子、茯苓、当归、益母草各15g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服;硝苯地平治疗同对照组。连续治疗56d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肱动脉血压、肱踝脉搏波传导速度、证候积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效35例,有效21例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效9例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率63.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。相关指标(肱动脉血压、肱踝脉搏波传导速度)两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]养阴活血方联合硝苯地平治疗肾虚血瘀型老年高血压效果显著,值得推广。 [ Objective ] To observe the Yin qi and curative effect on senile hypertension. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 90 cases of outpatient and inpatient is divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group, 30 cases of nifedipine zyban 20 rag/times, 2 times/d, oral. Treatment group of 60 cases of Yin huoxue fang ( Shudi, Huaishanyao, Chuanqiong each 20 g, Shanyurou, Gouqizi, Fuling, Danggui, Yimucao each 15 g, Gancao 6g), 1/d, Fried 400 ml water, morning and evening oral; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 56d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, brachial artery blood pressure and brachial ankle pulse wave conduction velocity, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 35 cases were markedly effective, effective 21 cases, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.33%. 10 cases of control group 9 cases were markedly effective, effective, invalid in 11 cases, total effective rate was 63.33%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group ( P〈0.01 ) . Related indicators ( brachial artery blood pressure and brachial ankle pulse wave conduction velocity ) in the two groups were improved ( P〈0.05 ), the treatment group is better than that of control group ( P〈0.05 ) . [ Conclusion ] Yin qi and the treatment of senile hypertension effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
