清热渗湿汤联合蒙脱石散治疗感染性腹泻随机平行对照研究

Infectious Diarrhea Randomized Parallel Group Study Combined Heat and Dampness Soup Holistic Care Treatment

[目的]观察清热渗湿汤联合蒙脱石散治疗感染性腹泻疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例住院患者按病志号抽签随机分为两组。对照组32例蒙脱石散,30g/次,3次/d。治疗组32例清热渗湿汤(黄连6g,厚朴9g,茯苓12g,泽泻、白芍、白术、黄柏、苍术、葛根各9g,甘草3g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;蒙脱石散治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腹泻消失时间、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%。对照组痊愈14例,有效12例,无效6例,总有效率81.25%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。腹泻消失时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]清热渗湿汤清热渗湿汤联合蒙脱石散治疗感染性腹泻效果显著,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the combined heat and dampness soup holistie care treatment efficacy of infectious diarrhea . [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 64 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 32 patients montmorillonite powder, 30g / time, 3 times / d, orally. Heat treated 32 cases of dampness soup （ Huanglian 6g, Houbu 9g, Fuling 12g, Zexie, Baishao, Baizhu, Huangbo, Cangshu, Gegen each 9g, Gancao 3g）, 1 does/d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later oral; 7d is a continuous course of treatment . Observation of clinical symptoms, diarrhea disappearance time, adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy . [ Results ] The cure 17 cases, effective in 13 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.75 %. The control group healed in 14 cases, effective in 12 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency 81.25% . Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.01 ） . Diarrhea disappeared time treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] Combined heat and dampness soup holistic care treatment of infectious diarrhea, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
