独活寄生汤联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察独活寄生汤联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将88例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组44例电针治疗,所有针灸穴位均留针30min,强度以患者耐受程度为主加以调整,1次/d。治疗组44例独活寄生汤(甘草、防风各6g,熟地、白芍各10g,当归12g,党参15g,肉桂心、茯苓、秦艽各10g,细辛6g,牛膝10g,杜仲、桑寄生、独活各12g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服;电针治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腰痛、腰腿功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率97.73%。对照组显效17例,有效21例,无效6例,总有效率86.36%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]独活寄生汤联合电针在治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面效果显著,值得推广。
